Signing up for NaviNet
If you have not signed up for the program yet, you should do so as soon as you can and start the enjoying the benefits. Registration is absolutely free and you can access your other health plans using a single password and username.
Once you get to the web page with enrollment information ensure you fill all the sections on the “New Registration Request Application.” Fill out all the required fields and press “Next” at the bottom of every page to proceed to the next step of the enrollment process. The system will recognize your office automatically, however, if this fails, you may have to wait for 24 hours before verifying your account.
As you register, you will have to decide who will be the security officer for your office. The security officer is there to manage everybody’s access to NaviNet. It is encouraged to have different security officers in offices that have multiple users since there can be more than one SO. Login in to NaviNet Provider Login
NaviNet Provider Login has a simple log-in process, one as easy as login in to your Facebook or Twitter account. All you need is your email and password and you have access to your account. To login, use the same email used during sign up. With the correct password and email, you will be led straight to your dashboard where you can access all your information from your secure account. You will not need any additional verification for every time you log in to your account.
Forgot your password
It may sound like a frustrating process but renewing your password for NaviNet Provider Login is not as winding as you would imagine. You can reset the password to your NaviNet portal by following a simple process;
1. Go to the Sign In screen and enter your username
2. Click on “I forgot my password”
3. Enter your username on the “Challenge and Response Confirmation” page
4. Answer the challenge questions giving the same answers you provided during the security protocol on your first log-in.
